Life is better together and God doesn’t intend for us to be alone.

Life is better together and God doesn’t intend for us to be alone. He created you to live and experience life with other people. At The Apostolic Church, we encourage you to connect with others by becoming a part of a small groups.

A small group is a group of people who meet together in a home, workplace or at the church once a week or every other week. In a group, you’ll do activities together, bear one another’s burdens, learn more about God, grow, serve and pray together. The early church met in the temple courts and “house to house.” Small groups are Biblical, relevant and powerful.

No matter where you are in life or whatever your age, there’s a small group for you.

Would you like to learn more about joining a small group or hosting a small group? See a small group team member at the guest services desk in the lobby after service on Sunday.

OUR CURRENT CURRICULUM:

Not a Fan

The next session of Small Groups begins the week of October 7. The curriculum that will be utilized this quarter will be “Not a Fan” by Kyle Idleman.

Twenty times in the New Testament, Jesus Christ issued a compelling and challenging invitation: “Follow Me.” Jesus is not interested in mere fans. He doesn’t want enthusiastic admirers. He wants completely committed followers. Built around the engaging approach of Kyle Idleman, this one of a kind small group study, sermon series, move, and book examines what it means to deny one’s self and truly follow Jesus.

There is a six session video series that groups can use as a basis for discussion. It is available free of charge to Apostolic Church members at Right Now Media.

For more information, or to obtain access to Right Now Media or a participant’s guide, see Pastor Brent Welch or stop by guest services desk in the foyer after service.
